All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

We ship across India. Delivery times vary based on location and product customization requirements. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while customized orders may take 5-7 business days.

Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Customized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once customization work begins, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
