RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want every GIFTINGLOVE order to feel special. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
Customized Products
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
Refund/replacement is only available if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Standard Products
Non-customized products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in proper condition.
Damaged Orders
Customers must share an unboxing video and clear images within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong product claims.
Without proof, refund/replacement requests may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Charges
A ₹49 return handling fee may apply on eligible returns and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
